Event services
all the help you need.Event planning, coordination and styling services in Melbourne
Some people want us from the first idea. Others just need someone to run the day. Choose the level of support that suits your event — we’ll handle the rest.
Ways to work with us
pick your level.
Every event is different, so support comes in three sizes. Not sure which fits? Tell us about the event and we’ll recommend one.
-
01 / Full planning
from idea to last song.
We take the whole event off your plate: concept, budget, venue, suppliers, styling, logistics and the day itself.
- Concept and creative direction
- Budget planning and tracking
- Venue search and site visits
- Supplier sourcing, quotes and bookings
- Styling and theming
- Run sheet and on-the-day management
Best for: launches, end-of-year functions, milestone celebrations and weddings where you want it handled.
-
02 / Partial planning
you start it, we shape it.
You’ve booked the venue or a few suppliers. We fill the gaps, tie everything together and run the day.
- Review of what’s already booked
- Sourcing the missing pieces
- Supplier briefings and timings
- Styling direction
- Run sheet and on-the-day management
Best for: people who have started planning and want an expert to finish it properly.
-
03 / On-the-day coordination
you plan it, we run it.
You’ve organised everything. We step in beforehand to confirm the details, then run the event so you can be a guest.
- Pre-event handover meeting
- Supplier confirmations
- Detailed run sheet
- Set-up and pack-down oversight
- Managing timings and problems on the day
Best for: well-organised hosts and couples who don’t want to work their own event.
Side by side
planning vs coordination.
The short version: planning is about decisions and bookings in the months before. Coordination is about making those decisions happen on the day.

What is the difference between an event planner and an event coordinator?
A planner works with you in the weeks and months before an event: setting the budget, choosing the venue, sourcing and booking suppliers and shaping the look and feel. A coordinator focuses on execution: confirming the details, building the run sheet and managing suppliers and timings on the day. Many events need both; some only need coordination.
Can I just book on-the-day coordination?
Yes, if you have already booked your venue and suppliers. We meet beforehand to take over the details, confirm every supplier, build the run sheet and then run the event on the day.
Do you use your own suppliers or can I bring mine?
Either. We recommend suppliers that suit your event and budget, and we are happy to work with suppliers you have already chosen. Either way, every booking is approved by you.
Where do you work?
We are based in Melbourne and plan events across Victoria. For events outside metropolitan Melbourne, travel and accommodation may be quoted separately.
