work hard. celebrate better.Corporate event planning and management in Melbourne

End-of-year functions, launches, client nights and team days — planned properly, styled with intent and run without your team losing a week to logistics.

What we do

less admin. more event.

Corporate event management means one partner who owns the plan: the brief, the budget, the venue, the suppliers, the run sheet and the night itself. Your team gets a single point of contact and clear sign-off points — not another project to juggle.

We work with people managers, executive assistants, marketing teams and founders planning events for staff, clients and partners across Melbourne and Victoria.

Corporate events we plan

for the whole team.

From forty people at a restaurant to a few hundred at a warehouse venue.

  • Product & brand launches

Concept, venue, styling and run of show built around the moment you want people to remember and share.

  • Client & partner nights

Hosted dinners, appreciation events and networking nights that feel generous rather than corporate.

  • Team days & offsites

Activities, venues and logistics for days out that people actually look forward to.

  • Milestones & awards

Anniversaries, office openings and awards nights with the right mix of program and party.

  • Brand activations

Corporate FAQs

corporate questions.

More answers on the FAQs page.

What is included in corporate event management?

Typically: understanding the brief and budget, sourcing and booking the venue, sourcing catering, entertainment, styling, AV and hire, managing supplier contracts, guest logistics, a detailed run sheet, and running the event on the day. The exact scope is set out in your proposal.

How far ahead should we book a corporate Christmas party in Melbourne?

As early as possible. Friday and Saturday nights from mid-November to mid-December are the most competitive dates for venues and suppliers. Weeknight or January “new year” functions give you more choice if you are planning late.

Can you work to a fixed budget?

Yes. Share the total budget at the start and we will propose options that fit it, show you where the money goes, and flag any trade-offs before anything is booked.

Do you handle venue sourcing?

Yes. We shortlist venues that suit your numbers, location, format and budget, organise site visits if needed, and manage holds and bookings once you have chosen.

Can you run events outside Melbourne?

We plan events across Victoria, including regional venues for offsites and team days. Travel costs for regional events are quoted upfront.
